# Rovva

> Rovva is a rota, availability, and cover management platform for sports clubs, sailing and yacht clubs, small businesses, and other volunteer-based organisations. It replaces spreadsheets and group chats with a structured, web-based platform.

## What Rovva does

- **Rovva Board** — live admin dashboard showing upcoming duties, open slots, cover requests, and team availability
- **Rovva Rota** — create events, add duties, assign members, manage recurring rotas
- **Rovva Cover** — members request cover for duties they cannot fulfil; volunteers step forward; admins approve
- **Rovva Slots** — open duties that any eligible member can volunteer for
- **Rovva Teams** — group members into teams, squads, crews, or departments
- **Rovva Pulse** — reporting on duty balance, participation rates, and upcoming gaps (Club plan and above)
- **Rovva Reminders** — automated email reminders for duties, availability, and rota changes
- **Rovva Check-In** — confirm attendance and track completed duties
- **Availability** — members set their availability by date or date range; admins see who is free
- **iCal export** — members can subscribe to their duty schedule in any calendar app

- **Free** — up to 15 members, 1 team, core rota and availability features
- **Starter** — up to 75 members, 5 teams; adds Cover, Reminders, CSV import/export (£19/month)
- **Club** — up to 150 members, 15 teams; adds Pulse reporting and advanced reports (£29/month)
- **Pro** — up to 500 members, unlimited teams; adds advanced permissions (Rota Coordinator role) and priority support (£49/month)
- **Organisation** — unlimited members, custom pricing

All paid plans have a 30-day free trial and monthly billing only (no annual contracts). No credit card is required for the Free plan.
