1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Rovva ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organisation administrators and members.

2. Description of service

Rovva is a rota, availability, and cover management platform designed for sports clubs, sailing and yacht clubs, small businesses, and other organisations. Features include event scheduling, duty assignment, availability tracking, cover requests, and team management.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorised access to your account. Rovva is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Organisation administrators are responsible for managing their members, roles, and data within their organisation. Admins must ensure their use of the platform complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Rovva offers free and paid plans. Paid features are subject to a valid subscription. Billing is handled securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your organisation settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate removal.

8. Limitation of liability

Rovva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rovva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified by email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
